UACAA 8TH EDITION: URHOBOWOOD SET TO HONOUR SOME GREAT ACHIEVERS.

A leading Pan Urhobo Organization, Urhobowood International aimed at promoting, developing and encouraging the positive growth and Development of the Urhobo Language and Culture and has revealed that it would be honouring some Urhobo Sons and Daughters in its annually organized Urhobo Art and Cultural Advancement Award (UACAA) a.k.a Urhobo Global Unity Award.
This was made known through the founder and leader, Amb. Dr. Joseph Orekereke earlier today to Entertainment News Corner in his office.
According to Dr. Orekereke, the event that is expected to draw participants from within and outside the country would be held on the 3rd of April, 2020 at Wellington Hotel, Effurun/warri, Delta state.
He stated further, that the persons were selected though a vigorous process of nomination, screening, voting and also contacting the awardees for their acceptance. All these processes which he said took over three months to be completed which was carried out to ensure that only the best among the best received the award.
He round up by revealing that, Dr. Charles Apoki a renowned motivational speaker would be the Guest Speaker at the event speaking on the theme "Making Urhobo Ovuovo a reality".
