THE POWER OF YOUTH IS THE COMMON WEALTH FOR THE ENTIRE WORLD. THE FACES OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE THE FACES OF OUR PAST, OUR PRESENT AND OUR FUTURE. NO SEGMENT IN THE SOCIETY CAN MATCH WITH THE POWER, IDEALISM, ENTHUSIASM AND COURAGE OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE.
I put it to you that the ideology and perspective of His Excellency Sen Dr Ifeanyi Okowa toward the youth of Delta State is not far from the above statement or quote.
His Excellency through the ministry of Youth development have been on constant empowerment of the youth of our dear state through various empowerment programs like STEP, YAPGE, GEST, and RYSA wish I happen to be a beneficiary of the 2021 batch, my area of specialization was hair dressing, it was a 3 months intensive training and constant supervision by trainers and state personnel from the ministry of Youth development.

After the practical skill training a community business school (CBS) was introduced to round up the program, this aspect was to teach us the various business ideas to grow our businesses in both life skills and business skills.
After a successful program a complete start up pack was giving to all beneficiary in their various field of learning.
On behalf of the entire RYSA beneficiaries from Okpe Local Government Area,  I want to say a very big thank you to His Excellency  Governor Ifeanyi A. Okowa The Executive Governor Of Delta State.
