ANOTHER NOLLYWOOD VETERAN, Actress Patience Oseni is GONE OMG!

Patience Oseni
Nigerian actress Patience Oseni has passed away.

She battled stroke and weight issues for a long time in Lagos and was moved to Calabar where she took her last breathe.
The actress died on Monday, February 17, 2020, in Calabar, Cross River State. Oseni’s daughter, Augusta Akomolafe confirmed the actress’ death to the National President of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Ejezie Emeka Rollas.

Nollywood actress, Ejiro Okurame also announced Oseni’s demise via her Instagram page on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, where she shared a photo of the actress and along with the caption:

“You fought a good fight God bless your soul as you meet with your Creator Rest in Peace Legendary MA Patience Oseni”

Oseni who is originally from Ogun state,  started her acting career in 1995 when she starred in the film “Deadly Passion”.

Patience Oseni rose to prominence in Nollywood in the late 1990s with her role in the film “End Of The Wicked” in Helen Ukpabio's hit movie which she played the dual roles of a wicked mother and a sweet mother and was popularly known for playing the role of a witch with a male organ in the movie.

Madam Oseni will also be remembered for movies like Married to a witch, Orange girl, Bumper to Bumper, Days of Agony, Passion and Pain, Hot island and many others. 

Rest in Peace, Madam Patience Oseni.
